Welcome to our story! We are Julie and Alessio, a Belgian couple who recently embarked on an exciting adventure in Italy. Drawn by the allure of this beautiful country, we took a leap of faith and purchased a magnificent old house with dreams of transforming it into a boutique hotel.

Our passion for creating unforgettable experiences led us to open two charming apartments for rent this summer. These apartments, which have been previously enjoyed by guests, not only help us raise funds for the renovations but also provide us with the time to carefully plan and execute our vision.
